Comic book publisher, Evoluzione Publishing, has launched the Kickstarter for the third installment of their critically acclaimed series, Mine To Avenge: The Book of Layla #3. The series combines elements of Afrofuturism, Cyberpunk, and Horror in a century-spanning sci-fi action-adventure, and can be pre-ordered on Kickstarter.
The series tells the story of the Retribution Cabal, an organization created to keep the descendants of “America’s original sin” (slavery) safe from the creatures that go bump in the night. Starting in the 1830’s French Quarter of New Orleans, Louisiana, and ending in the far-flung future of the 2100s, for fans of such films as Blade, Underworld, Get Out, and Blade Runner, this is the perfect series for lovers of all things sci-fi and horror.
